Renters

A new family has moved into our small rental space. I'm not sure how long they will last as that rental space isn't up to code and the family may have to move on shortly due to dangerous conditions.
The parents have 3 kids.

The view is good and the landscaping is really pretty but...

I really don't think it is the place for them. Its a ground floor apartment and they may find the heavy traffic a bit disruptive for their newborns.

Mom can be seen here on the top of the tree surveying the neighborhood.

I'm going to try to keep the noise down and the dogs away and close the gate as little as possible and hopefully the little family can grow and move on.
